We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five days of receipt. If we need more time (up to ninety days), we will inform you in writing. We do not charge a fee to process or respond unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded; if a fee is warranted, we will tell you why and provide an estimate first.
