PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using this site, you (the user) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this site.

TCPA & Communication Consent

If you choose to register on our website, submit a form, or otherwise provide your contact information, you give your prior express written consent to receive communications from or on behalf of Allen Markel LLC (doing business as Allen Markel, REALTOR® / Consultant, sponsored by Texas Premier Realty) and its participating lenders or affiliates. • Phone calls / voicemail: tell us on any call, or email allen@allenmarkel.com, and we will remove you.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You certify that any phone number you provide is your own cell phone number, and you agree to give us prompt notice if it changes.

Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") concerning our site (the "Site"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings concerning the Site, its content, and the services provided by or listed on the Site. Submissions

All suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts, blog posts, and other information you send to us (collectively, "Submissions") are deemed and remain our sole property and are not subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. We are deemed to own all rights of every kind regarding the Submissions and may use them for any purpose without compensation to you.

General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any action or proceeding arising directly or indirectly out of this Agreement, or your use of the Site or any services obtained through it, will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

GDPR Compliance

This Site is intended solely for individuals residing outside the European Union.
