How are the homes on the Price Reductions page ranked?
They are ranked by the size of the price cut, greatest drop first, not by percent or by date alone. A large dollar drop on a high-priced home can rank above a smaller drop on a modest home, so compare cuts against each home's own price.
What does this week mean on the Price Reductions page?
Every home shown is active and lowered its asking price within the last seven days. There is also a toggle for the last day. The window rolls forward, so a cut from eight days ago drops off the list.
How often is the Price Reductions page updated?
The page says it refreshes continuously, so new cuts show up as they appear in our listing data. The list changes, and a home can come off if it sells or goes under contract. Check back often when you are watching a particular price range.
Does a price cut mean the seller will take less?
