What have homes zoned to Adam Elementary sold for recently?

Answered by Allen Markel, REALTOR®, Texas Premier Realty ·

Short answer

Detached and attached homes inside Adam Elementary's official 2025-2026 zone sold for a median $295,000 over the last 12 months (September 2025 to August 2026), based on 124 closed sales. The middle half sold between $250,000 and $366,000, the range was $162,000 to $630,000, and the median price per square foot was $140. Homes listed now in the zone have a median list price of $322,500 (50 active listings). This is price data only, and any single home can sell well above or below the median.

What did they sell for, by quarter?

Quarterly medians: October to December 2025, $279,000 on 39 sales; January to March 2026, $280,000 on 27; April to June, $287,000 on 27; July and August, $300,000 on 24. We suppress any period with fewer than 10 sales: September 2025 alone had 7 sales and is not shown. The 12-month median of $295,000 is higher than any of the first three quarters because the mix of homes changes; medians by quarter and medians over the year are not directly comparable to each other. All figures are closed residential sales located inside the zone polygon by coordinates. Price per square foot in the zone was a median $139.5 over the 12 months, against about $170 for Cypress and $154 for the district's active listings, which is a statement about home prices only and not a description of the area or the people in it. The gap to the 12-month median in some quarters is a mix effect.

How should I use this?

Use it as a starting point for comparison with similar homes, not as a value. Sale prices depend on size, age, condition and lot, and a zone contains several subdivisions with different housing. The active listings now in the zone range from $229,900 to $649,999. Data comes from MLS listings, which lag closings slightly. The zone is the district's 2025-2026 polygon, and zones can change. We report prices and counts, and do not describe the campus or the people in the zone. The suppression rule exists so that a very small group cannot reveal a single sale or mislead. A cell needs at least 10 sales to appear, and the headline figure needs a much larger group, here 124. If a period falls below the rule we say so instead of showing a number. For a specific home, an agent's comparable analysis using similar homes and recent sales is the reliable guide.
