Short answer
By the district's official 2025-2026 zones, the whole Adam Elementary zone lies inside the Arnold Middle School zone and the Cy-Fair High School zone. All 60 listings zoned to Adam in our data map to Arnold Middle School (rated B by TEA for 2025) and Cy-Fair High School (rated B). Geometric overlap of the zone polygons is 100% for each. The district assigns feeder patterns, so confirm the middle and high school for an address with the district.
What do the zones show?
We tested the Adam Elementary polygon against every Cypress-Fairbanks ISD middle and high school zone.
