How many homes are for sale in Cypress and in which price bands?

Which bands hold the most homes, and what are they like?

The $300,000 to $500,000 band holds 50% of the inventory. Its median home has about 2,304 square feet, four bedrooms, two baths and a median age of nine years, and homes there are listed a mean 78 days. The $500,000 to $750,000 group has a 3,432-square-foot median, and the $750,000-plus group has 5,127. Under $300,000 the median is 1,409 square feet and 32 years old. By size, the site counts 11 two-bedroom, 352 three-bedroom, 697 four-bedroom and 269 five-plus-bedroom listings, so a buyer needing three bedrooms has about a quarter of the inventory to choose from. Price band matters for financing too. On a 7.03% 30-year loan (Freddie Mac, September 24, 2026) with 20% down, a $300,000 home has a principal-and-interest payment of about $1,602, a $500,000 home about $2,669 and a $750,000 home about $4,004, before taxes and dues. Add the Cypress median tax rate of 2.63% and each of those homes adds about $657, $1,095 and $1,642 a month in property tax before exemptions.

Where are those homes, and how do I search a band?

The lists differ by subdivision. In the $250,000 to $500,000 band the subdivisions with the most listings are Bridgeland (159), Marvida (67), Mason Woods (37), Telge Ranch (19), Westgate (16) and Canyon Lakes West (15). In the $500,000 to $1 million band they are Bridgeland (158), Towne Lake (36), Dunham Pointe (29), Avalon at Cypress (21) and Cypress Creek Lakes (21).
